We would like to know why there is a difference between the membrane we were shown by Michael Beighton (salesperson) and the membrane that was installed. Also, what is the difference between the two. Lucio (foreman) did provide us with an explanation, but we would like clarification from Head Office.

We were under the impression that our Sump Pump would have a battery back up, but it does not have that feature.

Our Overall Service

Rob, Derek, Lucio (foreman), Adam (installer) Very responsive to concerns,calls returned promptly, very professional and competent. See Comments section for our concerns.

Office admin/reception -professional - customer oriented, provided information re. product (booklet on waterproofing).

Our Office Staff

Derek and Rob were extremely polite, returned calls promptly,accommodated request for job to be completed at an earlier date, Rob demonstrated a great deal of patience and was very reassuring when dealing with our concerns.

Sales Process

Michael Beighton -very technical presentation, discrepancy between the membrane we were shown and the type that was installed. We would have liked to have been provided with information regarding the most appropriate placement of the sump pump before the arrival of the installation team.

Our Installation Crew

Lucio (foreman), Adam (installer) - completed the work in a professional and timely manner, very industrious (did not take any breaks),very competent (thoroughly explained the work to be done, gave us options, addressed our concerns), very polite and courteous.

The Cleanup Process

Lucio and Adam did an excellent clean up job!
