Wish I had been told ahead of time that styrofoam on the walls was okay. Would have done that prior to the interior drain/wall covering being installed. Way easier to do it pre versus post
The holes made in the wall below the basement windows were not caulked, cold air blowing in. Was able to air seal just before drywall was put on. Also the exit pipe for the sump pump was installed so that it protruded into the room on an angle. Contractor had to break the exit hole seal and straighten it so we could install drywall in front of it. Otherwise would have had to build frame around it. Not a big deal either issue, but thought you would like to know.
