SmartPump Sump Pump
A sump pump can play a big part in keeping your crawl space dry. However, not just any sump pump will do. The Basement Systems SmartSump is designed specifically for crawl spaces.
The SmartSump crawl space sump pump has a high quality, 1/3 horsepower cast-iron Zoeller sump pump with an automatic float switch.
The sump pump cover and unique sump liner are specially designed to accept the CleanSpace crawl space vapor barrier system for an airtight seal.
You probably do not go into your crawl space often, so you need to know if there is a plumbing leak.
The SmartSump has a unique lid design and water from a plumbing leak fills an alarm pocket on the lid first, setting off a WaterWatch alarm. From there, the water flows down a special airtight floor drain that keeps damp air from your crawl space.
The WaterWatch alarm also alerts you when the pump fails for any reason, including power outages.
